Past Work History
Combined Heat & Power Plant
At Naval Research Laboratory, Washington DC
We led and managed conservation, tracking, and reporting of energy & water efficiency, and resiliency assurance & sustainability promotion initiatives. Our role expanded to designing and managing facility modernization projects and advising on a range of power-related design and upgrade activities, such as the setup of Electric Vehicle workplace charging facilities and base-wide power/building automation systems.
Power Distribution Upgrades
for Training & SCIF facilities at Keesler AB and Biloxi MS
Leading and participating in the development, design, and program management of facility projects, providing energy management and electrical engineering expertise, and acting as the key technical expert for the Energy Management Control System (EMCS) team at Keesler AB.
Energy Information System Architecture & Specification Development
for Marine Corps Bases in Okinawa, Japan
We played a critical role in sharing and applying knowledge of EMC, EMI, and EMRH surveys, participating in HERO, HERF, and HERP assessments, and collaborating with other agency engineers and organizations to identify and resolve project issues in a culturally diverse and politically sensitive environment.
Comprehensive Energy Audits
For Naval Research Laboratory
We drove the development of major Milcon projects, ensured energy management operations aligned with NRL’s research goals, and served as electrical power systems engineers providing technical oversight for power-related projects. Our efforts included providing expert guidance on promoting reliable and resilient installations and assisting in the incorporation of an Energy Management Plan into the Installation Master Plans.
Integrated Energy Management & Optimization System Project
at the Naval Research Laboratory
We led, managed, and delivered NRL-wide conservation, tracking & reporting initiatives. Our involvement extended to designing, and program managing various modernization projects, ensuring alignment with NRL’s research goals, applying LEED principles, and serving as Electrical Power Systems engineers overseeing power-related projects.
