Pina Shah – CEO
Capt Pina Shah served as Clinical Nurse Officer for the United States Air Force at various duty locations – including 81st Medical Group (Keesler AFB, Biloxi, Mississippi), 18th Medical Group (Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan) and 628th Medical Group (JB Charleston, South Carolina) in variety of medical care settings. As a military nurse, Capt Shah has served as an In-patient Operations Squadron Staff Nurse, outpatient telephone triage nurse for pediatric and adult population and was also trained to be a aero evacuation nurse for wounded soldiers in the combat zone. responsible for providing nursing care and consultations at the base hospital., she served in on-base integrated clinic in Pediatric and Family Health Wings providing complete triage, telephone consultations, primary care for DoD personnel (armed forces and civilian) and dependents. She led the efforts in managing supply chains related to care delivery. she provided in-person patient care at the main clinic and handled diverse patient groups, seasonally high patient volumes and provided coaching and guidance to enlisted support staff. During these USAF assignments, she utilized, managed and improvised electronic health records per military protocols & standards for efficient client care.
Jennifer Whitehouse – Strategy Officer
Jennifer is a retired Army Officer and Combat Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom I and II. Her career spans 25 years as both a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force as well as an Officer in the United States Army. Jennifer has vast and diverse experience from the last two and a half decades of military service in: Force Management, Total Army Analysis (TAA), Medical Logistics, Operation Development & Execution, Contracting, Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Equipping and Sustaining Program Evaluation Groups (PEG), Occupational Health and Safety, Hearing Conservation, and Radiation Safety. She leverages her professional military knowledge and experiences to work as the Chief Strategy Officer for Pioneer LLC
Viresh Shah – CTO
Viresh Shah is an accomplished engineer and project manager with over three decades of experience in various industries, specializing in electrical power generation, distribution, resilience, and cybersecurity. A certified Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager, and a Project Management Professional, Viresh has led and managed a wide range of projects related to energy systems resilience, critical infrastructure protection, and integration of renewable technologies, across diverse organizations like Deloitte Advisory, Booz Allen Hamilton, US Naval Research Laboratory, and more. He has also made significant contributions in product development, new product launches, and environmental initiatives. A highly skilled leader, Viresh holds an MBA from Drake University and a Master’s in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from North Dakota State University. His expertise and dedication make him a strategic asset in the energy engineering and management sector.
Cary Corcoran – Strategic Communication Lead
Cary Corcoran is an accomplished Strategic Communication Lead with a Master’s degree in Environment and Natural Resources, specializing in Renewable Energy, Energy and Sustainability. With a strong background in research in energy transitions, project management, teaching, and work at Hellisheiði Geothermal Powerplant in Iceland, Cary brings a unique perspective to her role. Her expertise in evaluating sustainability, developing frameworks, and aligning goals with global sustainability standards allows her to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
