Pina is the strategic visionary and founding force behind Pioneer LLC. With a deep background in federal contracting and business development, she steers Pioneer's mission to deliver excellence across energy, cybersecurity, and healthcare IT sectors. Capt Shah has served as an In-patient Operations Squadron Staff Nurse, outpatient telephone triage nurse for pediatric and adult population and was also trained to be a aero evacuation nurse for wounded soldiers in the combat zone,
Sunny Chhabra is a proven leader in defense program management, organizational transformation, and national security. With 20+ years serving the U.S. Department of Defense, he has shaped strategy, mentored professionals, and strengthened organizations at over 40 sites globally. Sunny’s approach centers on the belief that knowledge drives performance, applying rigorous preparation to deliver results in areas ranging from budget negotiations to Navy nuclear mission readiness.
Sreekanth Venkataraman is an energy and sustainability leader with over 20 years of experience in federal energy management, infrastructure resilience, clean energy development, and regulatory strategy. He has worked across the Department of Defense, consulting, industry associations, and academia, combining technical expertise with strong business and policy knowledge. His experience includes developing renewable energy projects, creating financial and feasibility models, and leading stakeholder engagement with government and industry partners. With a Ph.D. in Environmental Economics, an MBA in Finance, and CEM certification, he is recognized for strategic leadership, analytical rigor, and results-driven execution.
Viresh leads Pioneer's technology innovation and delivery. With deep expertise in cybersecurity, infrastructure, and healthcare IT systems, he ensures every solution is technically sound, scalable, and built to withstand the demands of federal environments. A highly skilled leader, Viresh holds an MBA from Drake University and a Master’s in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from North Dakota State University. His expertise and dedication make him a strategic asset in the energy engineering and management sector.
Jennifer architects Pioneer's go-to-market strategies and client engagement frameworks. Her expertise in organizational strategy and stakeholder management ensures every engagement is structured for long-term impact and client satisfaction. Her career spans 25 years as both a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force as well as an Officer in the United States Army. She leverages her professional military knowledge and experiences to work as the Chief Strategy Officer for Pioneer LLC.
Cary Corcoran is an accomplished Strategic Communication Lead with a Master’s degree in Environment and Natural Resources, specializing in Renewable Energy, Energy and Sustainability. With a strong background in research in energy transitions, project management, teaching, and work at Hellisheiði Geothermal Powerplant in Iceland, Cary brings a unique perspective to her role.
